October 10-24, 2024 Trip Report
Bilikiki is back from another 14 day trip! We were so very happy to share these two weeks with Kerri and Hergen and all their guest from Subculture. Some of them had been here with us five years ago so it was really nice to catch up, spend time together and share the awesome diving with all of them!
Once again, the trip was a great success! Beautiful diving, in many different locations with diverse landscapes and our usual marine life... we can truly say everyone had a favourite dive site and everyone had fun!
We were lucky to share some of our dives with several schools of barracudas, rainbow runners, big schools of oceanic triggerfish, some baby sharks (do do dooodoooo), a massive school of bumphead parrot fish, a few turtles, some tuna hunting action, rivers and rivers of fusiliers, and mobula rays (amongst many others). However, we bet, nobody will forget the friendly spadefish at Kicha.
But there was also good macro life on our dives with the orangutan crabs, the mandarin fish, the Denise pygmy seahorses, soft coral crabs, squat shrimps, bobtail squid, nudibranchs, flatworms, sea horses, scorpion leaf fish, cuttlefish, octopus, the red spotted blennies and many other things around!
The floating markets were as always great fun, and the carvings markets... what a success!! That was really a shopping spree!!! The dancing and singing at Karumolun Village was once again a beautiful experience (we jingled all together!!). But the funniest afternoon, was the afternoon floating bar at Mbulo!
Playing marbles was another night activity, how much fun we did have!!!
We would like to thank our guests for choosing us to spend their holidays with and we wish you all a safe journey back home and to see you again soon.
We would also like to thank our crew for their incredible hard work and for being always there, making all this experience possible and unforgettable.
Happy Bubbles
